Design Supervision:

Concept formulation, Uses, Massing, Layouts, Pedestrianisation and Transportation, Urban Design. Detailed Design.

Planning:
Submission and Monitoring of MEPA development permit applications, Negotiation with Statutory Authorities, Coordination of Environmental Impact Assessments and Traffic Management Studies, Representation at DCC and Planning Appeals Boards.

Project Management
Coordination of projects including tendering, contractor selection, progress monitoring, finalization and commissioning.
